Appointments

You may schedule an appointment for our services by calling Cherokee Wellness Center at 706-295-9199. Our office hours are Monday through Thursday 9:00am – 5:30pm and Friday 9:00am – 4:00pm. For your convenience, we offer half hour sessions and one hour sessions. Please feel free to leave a message by calling 706-295-9199.

New Client Policy

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to complete a Personal Information Form and take care of financial matters. For your convenience, we accept American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard, VISA, Debit Card and Cash.

We like to take care of business before your session so we can have a moment to get to know you and answer any questions you may have etc.

Sessions

We provide thirty minute breaks between sessions to ensure that nothing takes away from the time that you've purchased. These breaks allow enough time for clients to dress or undress or to discuss any questions or issues with the Therapist. Also, in some situations, your Therapist may determine that you would benefit from additional work on a specific area and ask you to stay an additional five or ten minutes past your scheduled one-hour session. You will not be charged for this additional time - it is simply our way of ensuring that your body receives the care you deserve.

Emergencies

We care very deeply about our clients. If you are experiencing pain that cannot wait for your scheduled appointment, please call our office at 706-295-9199 to see if we can make arrangements to see you during a cancelled appointment or after hours.

Cancellations

We understand due to unforeseen circumstances you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We do request that you provide us with at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. We often have individuals on a waiting list that would greatly appreciate your consideration. Failure to show for an appointment or provide sufficient notice may result in a non-cancellation charge.
